Refund Policy

Domestic Orders:

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

  1. The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. (An unboxing video is required for proof)
  2. The wrong item is delivered (wrong size or incorrect quantity - an unboxing video is required for proof).
  3. Products eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition. A copy of the purchase receipt is required for the return and refund request to be processed.
  4. Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of delivery. Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  5. Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
  6. In exceptional cases, if the product does not meet your requirements, we can accept the return but cannot process a refund. Instead, we offer an exchange or a gift card for the corresponding amount, which can be used for purchases anytime within the next year.
  7. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns.
  8. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement to be eligible for a refund.
  9. In the case of partial cancellations, gift cards will be issued for the specific amount. Refunds are not applicable.
  10. Refunds will be processed only after our quality control team has thoroughly examined and approved the products.
  11. Refunds are not applicable for delays in product delivery.

International Orders:

  1. The return policy is not applicable for international orders. However, a refund will be issued if the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition (video proof required).
  2. Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  3. Only the cost of the product will be refunded in case you receive damaged or defective items. The shipping cost for damaged products is non-refundable.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Please raise a request by sending an email with the relevant order details and the correct reason to support@airgarb.in.
  2. Customers can return the product only after receiving an acceptance message from AirGarb.
  3. Once the returned product is approved by our quality control team, a refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days through the same mode of payment/ Coupon code / Wallet Credits.
