Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing client relationships, managing sales processes, and expanding our market presence. This is a target-based role, offering lucrative earning opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand our reach in the modern trade and retail markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular interactions and exceptional customer service.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from order placement to delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Supervise private label projects, coordinating custom designs and branding with clients.
- Oversee procurement, including material sourcing, price negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel, fashion, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the modern trade market and distribution channels.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
