Job Role

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Accounting: Prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Packing: Oversee inventory management and packing processes.
• Store Management: Manage stock levels, organize inventory, and ensure efficient store operations.
• Assisting Other Office Works: Collaborate with colleagues on various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash.
• Assist in tax preparation and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle store-related tasks such as inventory management, packing, and stock control.
